This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use Rates mobile application (the "App") and how such personal data will be processed.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU PROMISE US THAT (I) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND (II) YOU ARE OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE (OR HAVE HAD YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN READ AND AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY FOR YOU). If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Service. In such case, you must (a) contact us and request deletion of your data; and (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Apple or any other app stores that may be available from time to time; and (c) delete the App from your devices.

Information we collect

We collect data from your mobile device. Examples of such data include language settings, time zone, type and model of a device, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, and hardware ID. We also record the ads in our App with which you interact (and the Internet links to which those ads lead).

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.


How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways:


Log Files

The App follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log users when they use the App. All information collected by log files include language settings, time zone, type and model of a device, device settings, operating system, Internet service provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID and your taps. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysis of the App errors and development.


Third Party Services

The App does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Third-party services use different technologies (like cookies) in their respective advertisements and links that appear on the App. They automatically may receive your IP address when you click on the advertisement. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns, to personalize the advertising content that you see and others.

Note that the App has no access to or control over technologies that are used by third-party services.  Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party services for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.


CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

The App does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our App, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
